- Items must be returned with their original packaging and accessories

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds may take a few additional days to reflect in your account due to bank processing times.

Exchanges
